Sky puck

I have just taken custody of the equipment in the last 24 hours and have had to reset the puck about 8 times due to freezing. The remote at this time is unresponsive and when it does work, it does not allow you to access the settings menu.  Not a good start to a new contract. Please could someone contact me and assist with the matter

You are not talking to sky on here we are all fellow customers on here like yourself, you could  try  turning  off the puck  at the mains for about 10 minutes  and turning  back on to see if that  works or you could call sky about this issue

Hi thanks for your reply I have done all those but I will leave the bloody thing unplugged over night and retry tomorrow.  Trying to speak to someone from Sky that is not a Bot, I have to say, I find extremely difficult
