@Jk52 Unless you are doing this under the guidance of Sky Technical support you should not do a full reset of the puck as this can mess up your account.
You can do a restart by unplugging the puck from the power for a few minutes and plug back in.
Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
