How to view the Entire Catalogue on Sky Documentaries with Sky Strea

I want to see every documentary available on Sky Documentaries. When I had Sky Q, I could get a complete list. However, I can't search when I don't know what I'm looking for, and there are only a few showing on the home page.

Try a voice search for documentaries on the subject you're looking for.

Not helpful if you don't know what subject you are looking for. Sometimes you see something that may be interesting.  I have found now if I go to NowTV online, I can get the whole catalogue. Thanks.
