Sky puck

Have set up sky puck and on screen says no WiFi but signal is strong everywhere in flat,TV works great and Netflix.. have always used WiFi so have no sky remote..any idea what's wrong ?

@Paddy69 check the puck's network settings to see if the unit is correctly networked to your router and shows an IP address in the advanced settings.
