Not really a lot of information to go off. You will need to specify what exactly your issue is, and other information such as your ISP and broadband speed would be helpful. Remember we are fellow subscribers no skyx so know nothing about you unless you tell us.
However it is likely poor broadband is causing your issues. Sky Stream pucks need 25Mbps for HD and 30Mbps for UHD. You can check the speed at your puck by opening netflix and going to the left menu > scroll down to get help? > And then select connection check.
