Missed a payment due to partner being in hospital and not realizing the DD had been missed. Paid as soon as I could and almost a week later the services have still not been reinstated. Customer service taking hours between replies so every time I fill out the security form they say it's not valid anymore. Really frustrating and thinking of just cancelling subscription. We've reset the puck numerous times. Sky go seems to be working. Just impossible to get anyone from sky to help.
