Sky puck

Received my sky pick today trying to set it up and it won't move past the sky stream setup page just says checking your status then goes to a page saying it couldn't finish, any help would be amazing I have tried unplugging and plugging back in

Did it let you setup the WiFi or are you connected via Ethernet?
