Sky puck

My sky puck has not been working all day, it says no internet connection, I've reset everything, all bills are paid, and still no luck. The WiFi is connected to the TV, but it won't seem to connect to the sky puck

Have you powered it off at the wall for a few minutes then tried again?

Can you connect to your router using an ethernet cable? If not you'll probably have to call Sky for further troubleshooting and ask for a replacement puck. It's possible that the WiFi antenna inside your current puck has failed.

You won't get Sky on a second TV without a second puck. Are you sure you ordered an additional one?

Sky's ordering system is frankly misleading and doesn't automatically add a second puck to your order when you add the Whole Home subscription. You need to check your basket before check-out on the website to get the total number of pucks in your order.

If your order details show that you ordered 2 pucks then you need to contact Sky and ask where the second one is. Don't let them charge you an extra £39.95 activation fee if it's their error that it wasn't sent in the first place.
