Sky puck won’t stream any channels

I have recently signed up to sky and I'm having terrible problems with the sky puck not streaming the channels. All of the apps seem to work but none of the channels from the channel list will stream. Sometimes with the error saying there is a technical fault. my Internet is solid and I have strong Wi-Fi. I cannot understand what is going on. I have rebooted the puck many times and also rebooted the router and the modem. Can anyone help?

cam you run the network check from within the native Netflix app. It's in the settings of the Netflix app. This will give us an approximation of the speed being received by your puck
