Sky puck..what a joke!
Sat here for the last few hours trying to get this heap of junk to work I've tried every step you're told to try repeatedly, sky broadband has no issues the puck is connected via Ethenet lead so should be no issue there , but nope still won't work, and I've tried to speak with an agent is near on mission impossible, but somehow I've had an email to say an engineer will be with me and if I moss the appointment I'll be charged £25...well sky good luck getting it because your bloody email doesn't give a date or a sodding time! So unless I'm psychic how the hell am I to know when it is!?!...also I'm in my first 5 months of having this service and I do like sky but this puck....WOW! What a pile of **bleep** it has been, it freezes, it stops playing and just kicks you off things or the best one is the audio continues flawlessly but the picture image stays stuck, and before anyone says it's the Internet connection I check it everytime and no issues whatsoever...baffled! And certainly not bloody impressed!
