How can I stop my sky puck from turning off if I don't press the remote as I want it to stay on when I go out

Hi @DeborahBoulter Unfortunately there is not way to stop that happening or alter the length of time before it shuts down.
I also have dogs and like to leave the TV playing to distract them from hearing outside noises but the puck shuts down after a few hours. The only solution I have is to turn off the puck and leave the smart TV running instead.

You can't. It's an energy saving feature.

Is there any way of changing how soon it happens?

Re: Sky puck turning off
Hi @DeborahBoulter If you are referring to the puck turning off after only 10 minutes on pause then there is some good news for you.
Sky are currently rolling out an new UI which changes the pause time from 10 to 25 minutes and if you exceed that time the puck no longer switches off and goes into standby mode but instead it just releases the pause and the programme continues to play.
As usual SKy are rolling the update out in batches. I have already received the update and it is a great improvement.

Re: Sky puck turning off
Even when it's not on pause it's saying press the remote or it will go into standby mode, I like to leave my tv on for my dog when I go out.
