Would suggest there's an issue with your device - contact sky for troubleshooting

That all well saying that but contacting a human at sky is almost impossible on the chat. Virgin media has so much a better set up. I have ended up getting a contact number eventually and ringing them. They sent out a new puck. So problem solved. Sky really do need to sort out communication reliability to chat with an agent when one needs to.
