Sky puck switching off

Had sky puck about 3 weeks. Everything is fine but it keeps switching itself off.. Been into settings and I've set overnight power saving is set to off, still happening.. Anyone know how to sort?

You say its turning itself off, is this whilst you are actively watching a show/channel and have been for only a few minutes? Or is this when you have paused a show or left it on the home screen for only a few minutes?
