Hello,
just got Sky Glass for one room and a Sky Puck for where I originally had Sky Go.
The Sky Glass works fine
The puck however hasn't worked since we plugged it in. I've used both WiFi and Ethernet with no difference to the issue.
after starting up the Puck, about 20 seconds of navigating through the channels it's freezes....every time.
ive reset it and tried to get down to the setting option but it freezes before I can get there.
any suggestions?
