Sky puck stuck on PIN reset

My Sky streaming puck wouldn't turn on last night. When I reset it (as per online instructions) it's telling me my PIN is wrong. When I try to reset it it won't shift off the PIN entry page. I've followed instructions let forums to switch off, hard reset and try again but same thing happening
