Puc not working

The puc in our bedroom has not been working properly for the last 8 weeks , I've tried unplugging it and the rebooting it I've tried disconnecting al the cables making sure their clean and then reconnecting them , then I reboot the puc it works for 5 to 10 mins then goes off again can anyone help

@Cazmort63  In what way is it not working?   You'll need to provide exact details on the issue for the community to help.

The Stream Puck relies entirely on you providing it with a fast and stable broadband

connection. 
Have you run a network check from the get help menu on the Netflix app? This will tell you the speed actually being received by the puck. You need a sustained minimum of 25Mbps to have any chance of a reasonable service.
