Hi @Jason131
Did you reset the puck? You should have just reset the network and connected it to your new router.
The best thing to do is try using an ethernet cable and then once set up reconnect to wifi. Also run through the troubleshooting outlined here: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-glass-software-error
