Sky puck set up but how do I set the volume for a Samsung tv

Mines a UE43 and not listed so I used a model number that worked for others and it worked!

Having the same problem, it worked all fine with the first setup, now not working. I have done the 1 + 3  and resting using 7 + 9 buttons several times and it will not set up my sound button on the remote

I put it down as a different model and it worked fine for me mate.
