Sky puck rubbish
I am having constant picture issues with my puck. Live streaming, apps , everything. Thinking of cancelling Sky completely, as sick of needing to unplug the power and do a complete reboot (even the restart from settings doesn't fix it). The app says my puck looks to be working. Anyone else having this issue?

Re: Sky puck rubbish
@Ann-Marie45 Your post has been moved from the Sky Go board as this is not a Sky Go app related issue.

Numerous posts to this forum would suggest so: of course happy users don't tend to hang out on support forums.
The most likely cause is inadequate or inconsistent wireless connectivity between puck and router.
