Sky puck programme goes blank for a few seconds

We have two pucks in different rooms. Both connected to the same WiFi. One is working well. The second one, although closer to the router is constantly experiencing brief loss of picture. The screen goes black and whilst it only lasts 2-4 seconds it is very disruptive.
