Sky puck plays the wrong ITV region

I have a Sky Glass which picks up the correct regions for my address but the Sky puck on a bedroom TV is stuck on the Midlands region, how do I bring this into alignment with my Sky Glass

That's an interesting one. The ITV region should be set by the postcode on your account so they should be in sync. 

Have you recently moved and changed your address or is this just completely randomly wrong?

I wonder if a factory reset might be the easiest way to correct this if it's correct on one. You can do that in Settings > System Management > Resets & updates. You will need to sign in to everything again but you won't lose your playlist.

Hi, I am new to Sky both units were delivered at the same time, the Sky Galss gets West Country news (correct) the puck get the Midlands (wrong)

I take it you are viewing ITV through the EPG and not via ITVX. The reason I say that is because Central West is the correct (incorrect) region for the West Country through ITVX, (as it is through Freeview in HD). It's an ITV HD issue.
