Sky puck not working

Been off all day and one puck still says no subscription and says wait two hours it's been all day and it's been unplugged reset etc and still not working this is in my autistic daughters room so u can imagine the hell we are going through also I only have two pucks not three as someone was ment to send me one out when we moved in and it never arrived hence why it says not connected etc please help I'm wondering what I pay for at this point
