@Jackie1957  Your post has been moved from the Sky Go board as your issue has nothing to do with the Sky Go app.

 

Have you tried restarting your puck or refreshing the apps in the Stream setting menu

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
