Had a sky puck box delivered, turned on ok but freezes and crashes after 30 seconds or so. Spoke to sky and they sent out a new hdmi lead however it's still doing the same thing?!

Have you reset the puck by turning it off at the mains, or pulling out the power lead at the back. In either case give half a minute before plugging back in. If that doesn't work I would suggest ringing Sky again and asking for a replacement puck.
