Sky puck not loading programmes

I've had stream since November. 4 pucks. I've had issues like many esp with remote controls but pucks have always been ok

however the puck in one of rooms all of a sudden needs constantly resetting - it's connected to internet but won't play programmes and is very slow ?

Unplug it completely from the wall for half an hour. Give it a little rest. Then plug back in and see if it's any healthier.
