Unfortunately this is a customer helps customer community. You will need to call sky to seek assistance.
We can usually escalate posts to Sky, however this is currently unavailable, so will will need seek support by calling them, or via their social media channels.

That happened to me me the other week.. ring Sky and reorder it.

Afraid your only option at the moment for this account problem is to call Sky to get this resolved.
You can call on 150 from a Sky Talk Line or Sky Mobile.
If you haven't got a current Sky Mobile or Sky Talk this link should help:

Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number.
(ROI) on the same link change the flag in the very bottom corner to the ROI flag to obtain an 0818 number.
Stay on the line and don’t hang up if prompted to. Some of the quieter times to ring are early morning or late evening.
