Sky puck network issue

My internet is working on all other devices, but isn't working on my sky puck 

it was yesterday no problem but now says no internet connection

Try powering off at the mains for 2 minutes in the first instance. If that doesn't work try following the steps outlined in this article: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-glass-no-internet-connection-osm

@have you tried the "reset network settings" option in the main settings screen ?
