Sky puck network issue

We have two sky stream pucks, one on WiFi one on hard wire, the one hardwired keeps saying no wifi and requires a reboot to get working, WiFi is turned off because it's hard wired. Any ideas

Have you turned WiFi off in the settings? Glass / Pucks try to connect via WiFi even with ethernet connected unless turned off. 

 

Got to settings > Network > Advanced Settings > WiFi and toggle to off.
