Re: Sky puck losing connection constantly
Are you an EE broadband customer by any chance?
I am having this issue and there are a few threads on here. There is a DNS issue with EE that is affecting a large number of customers..
I've currently got cases open with both EE and Sky to try and figure out where the fault lies.

Re: Sky puck losing connection constantly
Is there a contact number for SKY?
I've just been checking and I can get the same type of subscription with Virgin for £35 cheaper a month

Re: Sky puck losing connection constantly
If you have sky landline or mobile you can dial 150 for customer services.

Re: Sky puck losing connection constantly
I don't have a sky landline or mobile. Surely there is a number for people who don't?

Re: Sky puck losing connection constantly
Hi @David89898989 Unfortunately the forum filters will block in inclusion of phone numbers (to stop people giving out their own number on a public forum).
Have a look as this stream help LINK and the appropriate phone number will be presented at the end of the correct help flow if necessary.

Re: Sky puck losing connection constantly
Replied in another thread with the same response but just so it covers you too as it seems like a few of us are all seeing random sky dropouts at the minute
Mine this week has been stopping streams randomly and showing technical fault
message, I have to flick off the channel and back in again for it to come back on. My playlists have also either been completely dissapearing or showing other playlist items in the wrong playlists. Menu loading has been slow with a loading message for about 3-5 seconds.
been through all sorts with sky and they are eventually sending me a new box out, but my second box is also doing it so not sure if it's the batch of boxes both doing it or if it is indeed a sky side issue
