Sky puck keeps glitching
I swapped from Sky Q to sky stream last week as I changed broadband provider to Wessex internet which runs its fibre connection thought the house on 5ghz (which was incompatible with sky Q). I have noticed since starting to use occasionally that it jumps - like when you have a dodgy hdmi lead that when you moved breaks the connection for a milli second (only way I can describe it) it's not the wifi connection as when I tried resetting the wifi it was doing it whilst I was in the settings screen. It's all plugged in correctly and is the same hdmi I had the sky q plugged in with (not a cheap one) - this morning it decided it wasn't going to turn on.... had a call with sky who got me to do a reset.... the box turned on but the glitch is now worse..... really annoying - not impressed with this at all...... any ideas ? Thanks !

Re: Sky puck keeps glitching
I'm with Wessex so I know the puck should be stable with their router. I would suggest you use the HDMI lead that came with the puck, not the Q one you are using.

Re: Sky puck keeps glitching
Thanks for replying - I have tried that already, and using a different port on the tv, it made no difference-
