Sky puck issues
I have had the Sky Puck for a few months now, it started off being a glitch, but now its getting annoying. Every so often , it just freezes to a blank screen or 4 rotating dots for approx 5-10 seconds whilst watching a programme. Is anyone else suffering or has a solution before I spend 3 hours on the phone to sky?

Most glitches of this sort are as a result of a connection issue between your puck and your broadband.
How are you connected? WiFi or Ethernet?
What speed is the puck receiving? To find out, open the Netflix app, navigate to the get help menu and run a network check. You need a minimum of 25Mbps for HD streaming and 30Mbps for UHD streaming, but preferably a lot more.
Your connection needs also to be stable and have minimal fluctuations in speed or quality.
