Sky stream connection issue - having to factory reset sky puck each time I want to use it!

Hello all,

I have had Sky Stream for over a year, I've not had any issues with it until recently. Now, after watching tv for a few minutes the connection drops out and will not reconnect unless I factory reset the puck. I have now resorted to factory resetting the puck each time I'm wanting to watch TV which is such a pain! I have spoken to both sky and my WiFi provider, they are both blaming each other. I really want this resolved and am not sure what to do next, please help!!

@Beckylouisejune

If you are connecting via WiFi can you try connecting via ethernet cable instead (remember to turn off WiFi on the puck's network settings) and see if that makes any difference?
