Sky puck issues

I am getting the "there is a technical issue with this channel" message on all channels. I have tried rebboting the puck but it hasnt worked. I am having this problem about eevry two or three days. Is there something else i can try. My internet speed according to Netflix (which works just fine) is 180 Mbs so connection speed is not an issue.

@QuaysGary  How is the puck connecting to the hub/router?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Which internet provider are you with ?

Its connected over wifi - there is no way I can run an ethernet cable from the router to the TV
