To add, I now have the high contrast setting being turned off overnight. It'll retain during the day but I am having to turn it on every day.

 

Previous fix has stopped working.

Is there anything for this yet? Both of mine have been doing this for weeks and it's still happening.

I have 5 Puks but this only happens daily in 2, all my tv are Samsung and all have the same settings. I shut down the Puks the same way and have the power save settings all turned off?

High Contrast keeps resetting

Hello,

I have had the high contrast option set on both my sky stream and sky glass for over a year. For the past month, almost every morning that I turn on the sky stream it has been in the default setting without high-contrast, my sky glass has stayed on high contrast. I can't remember a time prior to the last month that it has changed, but now almost every morning i have to reset it to high contrast. Also, it seems to stay on high contrast during the entire day even if the tv is turned off and back on, but the following morning it has reverted from high contrast again.  Any suggestions to get it to stay in high contrast as it did before?

I've been having the same problem for weeks now ok during the day time but having to reset it every morning. I think it all started after the last update. So it should be easy for Sky to sort out

Accessibility

When I go  to accessibility and set high contrast on so it's black the background when I next put the tv on the puck goes back to blue.
