Sky puck freezing wont reset
Sky puck freezing very occasionally when this happens you can reset using the remote,, normally the only way to reset is turn it off at the wall socket and then turn power back on , the button underneath the puck has no effect, I have checked speeds which are fine, I have bought a hi speed ethernet cable to run from router to puck which made no difference, I even took it out of my network still no joy, starting to get very bored trying to get behind tv to restart the puck, the only thing near the puck is the tv.

Re: Sky puck freezing wont reset
@Dave6511 Hi Dave, this doesn't help with your freezing problem, but to save you having to go behind your tv each time, go to Settings either by scrolling down the Home page or just say Settings by pressing the voice search button. Go to System management and select Restart your tv, then wait for it to return you to the Home Screen.

Re: Sky puck freezing wont reset
@dragondave Well I'm glad I have been of some minor help at least. (I presume you have slightly changed your username)😁
Your problem is a bit of a puzzler especially as the Ethernet cable didn't help. Do you keep that permanently? If normally by wi-fi try changing your set up, make sure your router and puck have a clear line of sight and are not touching or close to any objects, and definitely not near other electronic equipment as is often the case if the puck is near a soundbar or video player etc. Sort of that ring Sky and hopefully they will send you a replacement puck.. I hope you manage to sort it?
