Since I’ve had the new streaming box,the picture keeps going and it says technical faults

The picture keeps going blank, the sound is there, and it is happening all the time,ever since I got the streaming box fitted. I'm really not happy with it, questioning whether I made the right decision going back to sky.

@Legless1 go into the network settings on your Sky Stream puck as thst will tell you thecstrength of the WiFi connection ifvyhst is not strong enough youget buffering and the faults you report. Improve the WiiFi and the puck should work well. In many homes you need more than the free router Sky  supplyto stream video smoothly.
