I have two sky pucks and both of them have started freezing, in particular when switching channel from sky movies. Usually the only option is to unplug the puck, leave it for a few minutes and then plug back in so it will reboot. However this does not always reset the puck and I end up with a black screen.
I have 150mb download speed on my broadband, and am connected via ethernet cable. I have also tried resetting and using wifi only however this still freezes. I have also gone through the settings menus and carried out resets of both pucks but am still getting the same issues regularly.
Are there any solutions for this issue or does anyone know how to obtain replacement units before they get thrown out of the window??
