Sky puck doesn’t work following a power cut

When you turn on the power to the puck it goes through the process of white light then flashing coloured lights then after a few minutes goes to off. The remote has no effect.

Hi @ClareHubble

Try the recovery process. Step 4 on this knowledge article:

https://www.sky.com/help/articles/power-issue-help-sky-glass-sky-stream-puck

If that doesn't work, you will need to speak to Sky customer service forms replacement (we are fellow subscribers here).
