Sky puck control not working

Hi my sky control is now not working how do we get a new one through sky or do I have to buy one elsewhere

Try resetting the remote, firstly press and hold 4 & 6 for around 10 seconds, then press and hold 7 & 9 for around 10 seconds.

Then attempt to pair by pressing and holding 1 & 3 until the message appears on screen.

If that doesn't solve it use the link below and on select 'No, I still need help' on the last page where you can call Sky to arrange a replacement.
