Sky puck connection

Hi I have sky steam using a sky puck but lately it keeps loosing connection and saying no WiFi, but it is using an Ethernet cable.

done all the usual resets and unplug reboots but randomly looses connection.

 

any solutions or do I need a new puck ?.

Have you checked that WiFi is turned off on the puck's network settings? 

If it is then it's probably worth trying a different ethernet cable before requesting a replacement puck.

@Lynna82 if you are using an ethernet cable turn off the pucks wifi facility in Settings/Network/Advanced which should help,with stability also in Settings/Start up and Standby set thr puck to remain networked in standby. Those changes should hopefully stop the issue.
