Order of sky stream

Placed an order yesterday of sky stream yesterday and all looked good for going through with moving into new property and email tonight saying thanks for your cancellation then cancels the order, tried calling and re-doing order before hand as well and still same issue. Unsure as we are new customers moving into new property however order cancelled, can sky team please advise on this

Unfortunately your not talking to Sky. This is a customer helps customer community. There could be a number of reasons why the order was cancelled, a credit check issue, the fact that ther is another Sky account active in the property or even down to them being out of stock!

You will need to speak to Sky for advice. See: https://www.sky.com/help/home and scroll down to need more help? There you will see an 0333 number. Unfortunately we can't post numbers on the forum.

Are you referring to Sky Stream (a subscription television product) or Sky Broadband for internet access?

Sky Broadband can be ordered alongside Sky Stream, but they are not the same product, and it's Broadband which is -specific.
