Sky puck WiFi problems

Can any assist.
Recently signed up to sky tv as changing providers to a rural fibre company and currently pick is connected to the WiFi hub and when switched off for a length of time I.e overnight or at work in the day.

it disconnects from the WiFi and when switching on says no connection even though puck is connected with Ethernet cable. No overnight power saving setting on the puck.

can someone help at all?

Hi @samanthaa98

Just press home again until you see the home screen it's a bug. It should reconnect but you may need to try a few times. You can also try going into settings > start up and standby> turn overnight power saving OFF and network standby mode ON and see if this helps.

Re: Sky puck WiFi problems

Having the exact same issue here, it's only started over the last two weeks and normally when I get home after work.

Wifi is turned off, connected by ethernet, networked standby mode on.

It does sometimes come back on if I keep pressing the home button but doesn't function as it should and channels are very slow to load. Only fix is to reboot.
