Sky puck Discovery + keeps asking for upgrade

I've had sky puck for a month, discovery + is now asking me to upgrade my pass to watch. It's driving me mad... I've watched 5 whole series but when trying to watch the 6th series it keeps asking for an upgrade. It's now happening in all of channels on discovery + . I've done all the activations many many times, and been in contact with discovery + gave them screen shots showing the process I went through from beginning to end , they sent a message stating that issue has been fixed but it has not!!! Where do I go now?

The assistance I was given was very helpful, I have contacted D+ and got nowhere again! So after weeks of being asked to upgrade to watch standard programs on D+ (not sport or ppv ) that my sky ultimate package should have included, I updated to a basic package and hey presto it now works. If D+ or sky had said I had NEEDED to upgrade I would have but it's all good now and it cost me less than a fiver per month.      Thank you very very much for the help I was given here, it helped point me in right direction.
