Sky stream randomly changes channels without me touching the remote

I can be watching sky stream when it suddenly moves to a different channel without any input from me. I go back to the original channel I was watching and possibly several minutes later it changes channel again. Any advice please. Donald

@jonlor do younhavecanotger devicecusing bluetooth close by thhe  puck if so try moving it away as this can rarely be caused by interference.
