Sky puc

If puc goes into standby then it wont switch on again. I turn off at wall. Leave for a minute then switch on. Sometimes it works but most times it doesn't. It takes around 5 attempts to get it to work. It's not the sky broadband because everything else that's connects to broadband works. I have reset it but still have problem. I try pressing the on button but that does nothing.

Probably best you contact Sky for further troubleshooting and potential replacement of your puck.

If it's only recently started doing this then it may be heat-related. The pucks don't have much in the way of thermal control.

@mildec

Sounds like Sky may need to run some tests  with you and maybe a replacement

I've escalated this to Sky and they should be in touch with you soon about it.
