Sky puc not connecting

My sky puc in my bedroom was working fine, now saying error and won't connect to my Disney plus either, the one is my living room is working fine

Hi @MrsB23x have you tried rebooting your puck at settings > System management > Resets & Updates > Restart device.  It takes about 3 minutes to completely reboot. You will have a blank screen for a couple of minutes before the Sky logo appears so don’t be concerned when this happens.

 

If that doesn't help try the App refresh (in the same menu structure as above).  This can take up to 24 hours to complete but is done in the background so you can still use the puck.

Does the puck in your bedroom receive an adequate broadband connection? It's crucial that it can connect to your broadband in order for it to function. Check the speed it's receiving by running a network check from the get help menu on the Netflix app.

Thanks for replying, yes it was working fine earlier now isn't. Also when I try to go onto Disney plus it's saying I've reached the maximum devices but no one else is on it
