Sky playlist has disappeared

All my saved programmes on my sky puck playlist have disappeared. Any advice on how to get it back? I have rebooted/reset but no joy

Last night my playlist has disappeared all my saved programmes gone! I have tried the reset and also the app refresh and the manage all however still nothing showing in playlist. Any chance this can be rectified or have I lost everything.

@LG17   Mine disappeared as well but read on here that it was a known problem and Sky were dealing with it.  Mine is all back as normal now and everything there.

@Mich+F   It is a known fault.  It happened to me as well.  All back to normal now and everything there, I hope yours will soon.
