Sky pick

I bought a new TV and plugged my puck into rhe HDMI i know its working cause the screen changes from black to a warped screen attempting to work but with no sound or any kind of picture quality i assumed it would have been as simple as plug and play but thats not the case here

Might be worth trying a different HDMI cable or perhaps a different HDMI port on your TV if one is available
