Sky pick

Does anyone else have problems with the sky puck every night now for a month or so I'm having to restart it and it keeps going off  saying technical error with picture or fault. However after turning off and back on it comes straight on starting to get annoyed now as it's constant

Hi @Garethbrll and welcome to the forum.  What you are describing is a known issue which Sky are working on and will hopefully be resolved in a software update when they find a solution.

 

I have learn from experience that when it happens to me no amount of troubleshooting gets it working again other than rebooting my puck as you are already doing.  Consequently (and annoyingly) as soon as you get that message just reboot a don't bother trying anything else..

Lots of threads with users with the same issue in the last few weeks ...... hopefully a fix will come soon .
