Sky not working

I was watching Netflix and it suddenly froze. Came out and no tv steaming etc. Tv guide coming up and if shut sky box off tv works. I've rest, turned box off and back on etc and still no Sky services. Internet connected also

Try unplugging from the mains for a prolonged period (around 10 minutes). When you go into TV guide and select a channel what's happening? Please describe what you are seeing in as much detail as possible.
